Ayvaco Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a uniquely mild and bright olive oil produced solely from the Ayvalik varietal native to the Aegean coast of Türkiye. We cut out the middle man so that the oil you receive is the same our family has enjoyed for generations - fresh each harvest season, never blended or refined, versatile for your everyday cooking, drizzling and dipping.

Harvested via traditional methods each autumn and cold extracted within hours of harvesting to ensure low acidity, high antioxidant content, and guaranteed freshness.
Grown on family farms that practice organic farming methods. This winter 2024-2025 harvest had zero detectable pesticides in an independent International Olive Council-approved lab analysis.
Free Fatty Acidity: < 0.6 (International legal limit for EVOO is 0.8)

Please store tightly sealed in a cool, dark place away from light, heat and sunlight.

Never knew olive oil was this great

Have bought Olive oil for years. Tried two years ago at NYS fair. Amazing flavor. Grocery store OO cannot compare.

Found them at the NYS Fair

This oil is incredible for dipping and dressings. I also purchased the seasoning they sell for dipping- can I just say a loaf of bread and dipping oil- that can be a meal! Only problem I encountered was one of the bottles leaked and the seal was broken in box. Will contact customer service- hoping they will replace.
